DroneDontCare is a one-person FPV drone shop and repair service in Irvine, California. When this page says "I", that is who is handling your information.

If you buy something: your name, email, and shipping address, so the order can be shipped. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this site.

If you send a service request: what you tell me about the drone and how to reach you.

If you leave a review: the name you choose to show, your rating and message, and a photo if you attach one.

If you leave a voice message: the recording itself, the one contact detail you pick, and the topic you select.

I do not buy data about you, I do not sell or rent anything about you to anyone, and there is no advertising tracking on this site.

Nothing is recorded until you hold the record button, and nothing is saved until you tick the consent box and press send. If you record something and change your mind, discarding it means it never leaves your device.

I keep the recording, the single contact detail you chose, the topic, and any note you typed. I do not keep your IP address, your browser details, or a fingerprint of your device.

You choose how I reply: email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or something else. Email is the default. Only the one you pick is stored.

Voice messages and their contact details are deleted automatically 90 days after you send them. You can ask me to delete one sooner and I will.

Recordings are stored privately for me to listen to. They are never published on the site and never shared with anyone else.

Anything you post on the forum is public by design: your display name, your words, and any picture you attach. Do not post anything you would not want a stranger to read.

Your email address on a forum post is not public. I keep it so I can contact you about your post and so repeat posters can be recognised. It is not shown to other visitors.

Posts are reviewed before they appear. Once you have had a post approved, later posts from the same email go up without waiting.

You can ask me to delete your posts and I will remove them.

Only the companies that actually run the site, and only for that purpose. Nobody gets your data to use for their own ends.

Stripe handles payments and receives what it needs to charge your card. Vercel hosts the site and stores uploaded files such as review photos and voice recordings. Neon stores the database. Resend sends transactional email, such as the alert telling me a message arrived.

Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.

I will hand something over if the law actually requires it, and not otherwise.

Voice messages: 90 days, then deleted automatically.

Order records: kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require, which is several years.

Service requests and repair records: kept while the repair is open and afterwards as service history, so I can help if the same drone comes back.

Reviews and forum posts: kept until you or I remove them.

Ask me what I hold about you, and I will tell you.

Ask me to delete it, and I will, except where I am legally required to keep an order record.

Ask me to correct something that is wrong.

Email llshopiness@gmail.com and say which you want. I do not charge for this and I will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly. I do not sell personal information, so there is nothing for you to opt out of.

This site is not for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect anything from them. The voice message and forum forms both ask you to confirm you are 13 or older.

If you believe a child has sent me something, email llshopiness@gmail.com and I will delete it.

Data sits with the providers named above, reached over encrypted connections. Admin areas are password protected.

No small shop can promise perfect security, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. What I can promise is that I collect as little as possible, so there is as little as possible to lose.

If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it. Last updated October 2026.
